How can we use ChatGPT with low code tools in Power Apps and Power Automate? How good is it at helping with PowerFx formulas, creating data models for model-driven apps, and troubleshooting errors and creating odata expressions for Power Automate? What skills do you need for using this AI effectively to get the most out of it for low code app making? In this video I take you through my testing and learning, what works and what failed!
I conducted an experiment with ChatGPT, alongside Power Apps and Power Automate. In this context, I explored how ChatGPT can be integrated with low code tools in Power Apps and Power Automate. The focus of the test was to assess how it assists with PowerFx formulas, the creation of data models for model-driven apps, troubleshooting errors, and producing odata expressions for Power Automate.
Additionally, I looked into the competencies necessary to efficiently utilise this AI for maximum productivity in low code app creation. A walkthrough of the entire testing and learning process, inclusive of successful outcomes and encountered failures, is available via a video content.
An outline of the video time log is as follows:
ChatGPT's integration with Power Apps and Power Automate entails a revolutionary step in the realm of low code app development. The idea is to simplify the process of formulating PowerFx formulas and generating data models for model-driven apps. ChatGPT's role in diagnosing errors and formulating odata expressions in Power Automate was also quite impressive during the testing phase.
The only cautionary note is regarding the current knowledge base of ChatGPT, which needs to be regularly updated to ensure accuracy. Looking ahead, there will be a deeper dive into ChatGPT content.
ChatGPT is a powerful AI tool that can be used with Microsoft's low-code tools, Power Apps and Power Automate. It can help with PowerFx formulas, creating data models for model-driven apps, and troubleshooting errors and creating odata expressions for Power Automate. To get the most out of it, you need certain skills such as understanding database structures, logic, and coding. In this video, I tested ChatGPT with Power Apps and Power Automate and share my results. It's useful for creating canvas apps and PowerFx formulas, and creating data models for model-driven apps. It can also suggest Power Platform use cases and troubleshoot errors in Power Automate. However, you should always make sure that the information is up-to-date, as the information may be outdated. This video provides a great overview of the features and capabilities of ChatGPT with Power Apps and Power Automate.
