this video, let me show you two advanced Excel tricks to solve the problem.
We are going to use Power Query and simple M code to take data in different files and combine it. This works great if you have files with columns out of order or different column headers.

An awesome Excel trick to combine data from files when formats don't match is to use the Power Query feature. This feature can be found in the Data tab of Excel and it allows you to easily merge multiple data sets that have different formats into one table. With Power Query, you can select which columns or rows you would like to keep, filter out unwanted information, and even transform your data before combining them together. Additionally, if you need to update your combined dataset regularly with new files or records in those files, then this trick makes it easy for you as well since any changes made will automatically be reflected in your combined dataset.
