This is especially helpful for teams when collaborating on a document.<br></p><p><em>“In this video, I explain how you can easily share Word Documents in Review mode so you can review the changes and approve/reject them if need be.”</em></p><p>To share a Word document from SharePoint or OneDrive in the Review mode, you will need to open the document in the Office Online version of Word. Once the document is open, select the “Share” button from the ribbon. Then select “Invite People” and enter in the email addresses of the people you would like to share the document with. You can also add a message to the invite.<br></p><p>Once the document is shared, you and the other people you invited will be able to view and work on the document in the Review mode. This allows you to see the changes everyone makes in real-time.
