Here is how it is done: first, within Teams, you have to go to Calendar and find the scheduled meeting to which you wish to add your polls and click or tap it. You then chat with participants and with the 'Add a tab' feature, look for 'Forms' and add it. After saving, a new Polls tab will be added to your meeting. Then, select 'Create New Poll' and choose 'Ranking Poll'.

  • This feature allows you to let your respondents rank items from first to fifth by dragging the item to its ranked position or by using the arrow up/down icons.
