Customer Lockbox Why don't WE have this?

From time to time we all need support, and let’s face it. It’s super easy to place a support call in Microsoft 365. Of course when you do an engineer will automatically have access to your account and data to help you. Now, hat if your data is super sensitive?

Well if you have an E5 plan the you’ll enjoy having the customer lockbox facility. This super secure feature prevents engineers accessing your data without prior approval from both their manager as well an approver within your company. However, no E5 licence = no lockbox. For me this seems crazy and it’s a feature that in my opinion every business customer should have.
