Through the Sales Hub, you may now participate in a Teams chat session. You may start a new Teams chat while working on a sales record or link an existing chat to the record so that you can interact effectively without changing context. You may keep track of all the talks pertaining to the record in one location by connecting all the linked chats to the record.
