The Microsoft Loop app is now publicly available for preview, aiming to improve team collaboration and task management. Acting as a shared workspace, the Loop features seamless integration with the Microsoft 365 apps such as Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Planner, and the Tasks app in Teams. Users can construct and edit task lists within the Loop application, allowing tasks to be assigned to users, further ensuring efficient task management.
This collaborative approach allows users to create task lists in their Loop workspaces, and then view and edit them on Microsoft Planner. Enhancements can be made, such as renaming tasks, adjusting due dates, or modifying the task assignees via Planner's user interfaces. Additional features of Microsoft Planner, such as adding labels or notes, can also be utilized alongside this integration.
