Can Microsoft Copilot coach me to write better emails in Outlook?

Is Microsoft Copilot a good tool to help write better emails in Outlook? I have access to Copilot for Microsoft 365. Instead of letting Copilot write my whole email, I decided to test the Coaching feature in Outlook.
